Every trip is quoted per person, and the rate drops as the group grows because stays, transport and the guide team are shared. Your quote names the group size band it is based on, so you always know what changes if two people drop
out or four more join.
You get one payment link that each person uses for their own share, so nobody has to front the money for the group. A deposit per head confirms the dates and the balance is due closer to departure — we can also stagger it into
two instalments for larger groups.
Yes. Numbers move, and we plan for it. Tell us as soon as you know and we re-issue the per-person rate for the new headcount. Additions are usually easy up to about three weeks before departure; drop-offs follow the cancellation
terms on your quote.
The destination management company is our local team. They hold the room blocks, run the transport, arrange permits and guides, and put a trip lead with your group for the whole journey.
Most packages are built for 10 or more travellers. For smaller groups we can still plan the trip, but the per-person rate goes up — talk to us and we'll show you both options.
Yes. Corporate-tagged packages come with meeting space, invoicing with GST details and activity blocks for team sessions.
